What is the Price?

The package, as described below, for 150 people, is $25,000.

How does the Budget work?

The Budget works on a Sliding Scale, allowing more funds to be allocated to areas of greater importance (food, florals, entertainment, videography, etc).

What is Included?

We have calculated a budget, such that all on-site wedding day essentials are included.
And, thanks to the sliding budget, there may even be room for extras.

~ What WILL be included:  Event Planner and Assistant, Venue, Flowers, Catering, Cake/Desserts, Photography, DJ, Photo Booth, Décor, Linens, Dish/Silverware, Invitations, Officiant, Gratuities, Deputy & Fire Marshall, Insurance, “Guestbook”

~ What MAY be included, based on Sliding Budget:  Videography, Mobile Bar, Bartender, Beverages, Transportation, Groom’s Cake, Save the Date Cards, Invitation Addressing Service

~ What WILL NOT be included:  Dresses, Tuxedos, Rehearsal Dinner, Engagement Photos

How does the Process work?

We will have Three Planning Consultations before the wedding.  The First will be the most extensive, where we will discuss any preferences you may have, so we know where to slide the budget.  The Second will be to discuss any vendor specific topics, such as edible preferences, and guest list details.  The Third will be to finalize all wedding day timeline details, seating chart, and handle any questions or issues you may have.

What will our Services involve?

Our services will include Full Design of wedding and reception, including theme and décor;  Hiring and Coordinating all Vendors and the design of their services;  Providing you with a Guest List Management App, for staying on top of RSVP’s;  Creating a Master Timeline, to be shared with all vendors & wedding party;  Coordination of Ceremony Rehearsal (2 hour max, if day before);  One On-Site Day-Of Coordinator, plus One Assistant;  A fully stocked, wedding day “no-worries” kit;  Twelve hours Day-Of Coordination of the Ceremony & Reception, to include management of all vendors services and set-up and breakdown of all décor.

What if I have already hired one of my vendors?

No worries – we will work that amount in with our budget and slide from there.  We do have our preferred wedding industry pros and venues, but as long as we can verify the quality, reputation, and certification of your preferred vendor, we are happy to work with them.

“Sign me up!”  Now what?

Complete this simple Contact Form and we’ll be in touch, to set up our First Consultation.  Be Prepared with a minimum of three preferred date options, for the sake of venue selection, and any inspiration images you may have.  At the initial consultation, we’ll require a $100 deposit, with 25% of the balance due within two weeks, so we can secure the venue and all wedding professionals for your wedding.  The remaining payments will be scheduled, according to your timeline.
